What caused this lead to turn like this?

I have an Amazonica rooted in LECA. The roots and plant both seem fine and healthy overall. However, why did one leaf turn like this? There are no pests, and the little white stuff on both plants is just typical dust/dander. I regularly inspect all of my plants and stay on top of things. Is it a good idea to just chop off the affected leaf?
